Frame identification

wondering if anyone able to identify this frame. Looks like it has had some extra bits braze don't over time.
Was built up with loads of wrong components all mixed in.
Has chrome rear quarters under paint.

Don't know why but it has a Claud Butler / Holdsworth look about it... ..
