Frame ID

Hy. Can somone help me ID this frame..?
It has OS initials ewerywhere. But on dropout is Columbus tag. It's super light frame. Last picture is from the last owner.

+1, looks like a nice frame.
The last photo shows a name on the downtube: I can make out Otto, but the next word I can't - it looks like it begins with S - which would explain the OS stamps on the frame.
I might be completely wrong.
