Frame help

Not sure if anyone can assist bit I have seen a blue raleigh frame, but it has no model name other than the number '1' on the seat post to crank down tube???

Any ideas of the model, no pics as of yet.

The trouble with Raleighs is once the decals have gone its very hard to identify some models cos they used a similar (if not the same) frame for so many of them. Some do have distinctive features but very often this applied to a range of bikes and some colours are unique to a model/year combo but then the colour goes onto a different model in a later year.
