Fowlmead trail center in Deal Kent.

Hi guys an' gals, this is the only center near me here in Dover and I've walked round it as it is also a wildlife park. Anyone have any experience of it and what are your thoughts /tips. It's fairly flat (which to be honest will suit me at the mo as I'm no expert) and built on an old colliery so loads of coal and dust around. Will be riding a Forme rage hardtail xc.

with me living in Hythe and with a brother in Deal who rides MTB also, as i'd expect i've been there quite a few times. its a great place for someone to go and get used to MTB'ing, but there is so meny more exciting rides just near by. one for instance is going from St Margret's Bay to Deal along the cliffs; the views on a good day are simply out of this world :-)

Hey ultraviolet, took a trip over there this week and had a hack round for an hour, must say pretty good fun as I've never done any "proper" tracks so to speak.Could not see any black route markers so just followed the reds wherever I could. Must say I've done the Dover to Deal route a few times and yes it is good.
