Arrived tonight,pictures tomorrow,it is simply beautiful.

Being ignorant as I am, can I ask, what's special and beautiful about it?
To me it just looks like a bog standard knackered old bike frame you could pick up for a tenner?

Serious question btw, I'm not having a dig at something you obviously appreciate way more than I do

Exactly that,the craftsmanship that went into hand forming all those joints,from a time when the union flag on a product stood for quality.

Just look closely at the lugs and the fluting at the top of the seat stays, and if that doesn't convert you then vintage is not for you.

ah, you see when you say vintage I see "old and heavy" like I used to have, along with " a pain to look after" and "lots of hassle"
