Hi All,

Is anyone ever heard of Forme bikes? What are they ? Are they any good or low quality bikes?

Been around for years. U.K. brand. https://formebikes.co.uk/
Just a fairly small dealer network
Google will help you with details, reviews and pretty much everything else.

No idea what you’ve posted a picture of if you want to know about that one

Forme is a brand of the Moore & Large group which is an importer of bikes and bike parts. They are pretty big in the UK. They will be using the same factories as other European and US brands/importers who use factories in the far east. Really the quality is down the factory not the importer but Forme look pretty good and I'd have no hesitation buying one if the price and spec was right. I think Barracuda is one of their lower end brands so Forme would be more mid-level. I've never seen a Forme bike locally but then I don't think there are any bike dealers near me that sell Forme bikes but in other areas there seems to be a quite a few.

I wouldn't expect a Forme bike to match the value of Halfords, Decathlon, Go Outdoors or Evans shop brand bikes though but in a local bike shop that sells them I would expect them to slightly undercut the prices of the big brands like Specialized, Trek, Cannondale etc for the same spec.

We've had three; a kid's Forme cross bike which was heavy but OK, a Longcliffe special-edition frameset which was light and a carbon one recently. All OK, but not top-end. I regret selling the Longcliffe though as it was a nicely-balanced set-up.
