The cables have been replaced fairly recently. The chain's been replaced regularly. Nothing's worn out. It's very well looked after and been cleaned regularly. There are a few minor scratches on the side of the aero bars (from where I lent it against a wall once..) and there's a bit of cable-rub on the front brake (hardly noticeable). Otherwise I think it's pretty immaculate.
It's a lovely bike - I won a fair few TTs on it...
