Itching to get back on my bike's

This nice old Peugoet Premier 24" HLE framed racing bike , in nice clean white conditon with matching decals . 12 speed sachs huret gear system , wieman side pull brakes , small flanged alloy hubs on cleen 700 steel rims with good tyres ,full alloy gaurds .
This is an ideal commuter or clud ride bike that is also ok to leave at station and pub , or could be easily converted to a nice fixie or just replace the steel bits (bars & rims& saddle post ) for alloy and have a light bike .
bike is in wellingborough northamptonshire , if i can get a box from local bike shop can courier for extra £25 .
