My Cateye Double Shot charger has blown up despite being used for less than two years.
I can't find another charger in time, so in order to carry on cycling I have purchased another (non cateye) set of lights.
As such I have for sale, one twin LED head unit and helmet mount and one partially discharged battery, with extension lead. This would be ideal if you already own another Double/Triple shot and have a working charger (double your run time, or keep one at work). Or if you can find a Cateye charger for this type of battery.
Once fully charged the battery will last 5 hours. The light is best suited to road bike or helmet with another handlebar mounted light as the beam is too narrow for full on MTB use on it's own. The light unit is well capable of pushing the beam to 300 feet and is very bright (about 200 lumins).
If I can find the handle bar brackets I'll lob these in too. £40 inc postage for the lot.
