For my Barley's shame it lacks a waterproof belly strip. I am offering it for 30 quid posted.

IMO, if you roll with mudguards, you won't need the strip of waterproofing underneath.

My lowsaddle longflap doesn't have one either - 'guards keep the water off it. They're really nice bags, and will probably outlast bike and rider...
