A bit of a mixed bag.
I like the idea of low level lights, but suggest these should not just be for cyclists. The French have it right by having these for the drivers of the front car as well.
The turning right thing may be fine for inexperienced cyclists or very busy junctions, but I would still want the option to be able to use the right lane as normal traffic without getting abuse from WVM.
Not sure bout the roundabout change. It may work in a country where cyclists are treated as anything but a nuicence, but I can see drivers here flooring it to come off the roundabout just as a bike is making it's way across the exit lane. After all, everyone knows you give way to the left on a roundabout.
As for the RFID chips. How are they going to get these on every bike in the area. What about people coming into the smoke from outside who have no idea about them. Will the HGV drivers rey too much on the machine that goes ping rather than using thier own eyes.
