haha, i know that, but at the minute, its all my legs will allow me to do! lol. My last 3 rides have gone, 10.3km to 10.7km to 11.3, So slowly getting further! ha
Keep it up. Once you get to 30 miles, you'll start adding on tens of miles without noticing it and then the burger is just fuel!.

I don't actually pay any nutritional attention to what I eat at all. If it's not moving fast enough and my body says eat it, it gets eaten. But then I do cycle some "You did what?" distances

I might just change the burger for a sandwich instead then, and keep at it. Cheers. :thumbsup:
