Food flask recommendations

Afternoon all, it's that of year (cold, wet and Christmas) I have an Aldi food flask (it's kind of ok) but I was wondered if there is an upgrade worth having. I see the thermos are pricey compared to my current model and reviews seem hit and miss. Anyone have something they wouldn't be without? I'm thinking just the 440ml rather than the larger 750ml I've seen advertised.

Not sure about your flask but I did see a thermos test in Trail mag the other month. The cheap flask that Blacks sold was as good as anything else on test.
