Folding tyres

picked up a pr of folding maxxis (700 x 19) a while ago took out of pack and left them hanging in garage till earlier today , and started to fit them , was worried for some reason but they went on easy enough , now will have to try them and see what they are like

I think he means hanging them made them longer and therefor easier to apply ????
