With the weather turning colder I'm just wondering if anyone can recommend a flask that fits in a regular bottle holder, I don't seem to be able to find one of similar size. Would love a nice warm drink of tea whilst out on a ride

£4 plastic tesco bottle holder will take a 1l flask securely.

If you do this, stick to tea.

I put some delicious Heinz tomato soup in mine a couple of years ago (small brushed steel cheapo flask in a equally cheap wire bottle holder.

Anyway half way round a 40 mile winter loop stopped for the soup and promptly blapped it all up again half an hour later after a nasty climb.

Not nice.

We have one from tesco (about £4) that will just fit an ally one if you bend it a bit.

Normally put it in the side pocket bit of a rucksack tho.
