Fitting mudguards etc...

Have bought a few things to go with my new bike but seem to be having trouble fitting everything. I bought Crud racepac mudguards as they say they can go on road bike but it seems I may need to swap for road bike specific ones. Anyone had any experiences with this? If I do swap them I've seen the Crud road racer MK2 which seem suitable.

Also when fitting the topeak wedge back the mount keeps slipping out of place the tighter I secure it on. Any advice?

Where did you buy the bike from? Just wondering which store sold you a road bike and let you buy Racepac guards for it

I bought the bike from Halfords which may explain that. Its a Boardman Road Comp

Thanks again Smokeysmoo just watched the first half of that tutorial and if I gets the MK2 mudguards I reckon I should be able to do it following the video
