Fitting IS Mount Calipers to Post Mount Forks?

I've just picked up a clean pair of M755 XT hydraulic brakes that are the IS fitting whilst my forks are Post Mount. Does anyone know if there is a bracket available to connect the two? ThanksMike

Hayes to IS adapters are common and available from the usual suspects such as CRC or the LBS.
