Fitting a track bike on a turbo trainer?

I would really like to fit my track bike onto my Tacx Flow turbo trainer. But because the axle width on the track bike is less than a road bike, the two screwed adjusters on the turbo will not screw in far enough to secure the bike.

And even if they did, the ends are not shaped to hold the axle nuts? So it would be pretty insecure!

Now I am sure that "someone" must make an adator....surely!

Any idea??

I made my own by brazing a short bit of heavy gauge steel tube to a pair of track nuts but there was a thread on here a few months ago with details of where you could by something similar of the shelf.
