I am looking to get a pedometer/sleep tracker to add real information on my daily movements rather than what I believe to be true. This information will be downloaded to the excellent Tactio health app I had recommended by a fellow forum member on here (sorry, I've forgotten who you were).
So has anyone used either the
Fitbit range of pedometers or
Jawbone UP or
Alternative units that you can recommend. Looking for how you got on with it, which is hardest to forget to wear/take with you and did it help with your weight management or loss?
