I have recently upped my cycling mileage considerably.
Losing weight has occured (which is great) but my trousers are still too tight in the waist. Also my shirts are becoming tighter across the chest?
I remember your other post about you 20 mile commute. How's it going? How many days are you doing?
Five days a week. 200 + per week. Did 258 miles last week as road on the Saturday as well. Going well. Eat everything in sight. Burning 1700 calories per day and gone from a 36" waist to a 33" but clothes still don't fit? Weird.
Blimey. Well done. That's an awful lot of commute.
I have trouble with trousers , it because of my upper thigh/ ass area is hard to get trousers to fit even if the waist is ok.
