fit 700c x 23c tyres in single speed bike

Does anyone know if I can fit 700c 23c tyres in my bike?

It is a SE lager single speed bike with SE High-flange Alloy Fixed/Free 36H Hubs w/ Extra High-profile Double-wall Rims wheels

That's the tyre size.
You are OK on the 700c bit (that's the diameter)
In order to know whether a particular size tyre will work you need to know the rim size.
Take the tyre off
Measure the inner rim width.
