First time out since the Autumn

Hiya, went out for the first time since September today, not counting the three mile round trip I did to Tesco last weekend.

I only managed 16 miles as my legs were b***red lol, but I went to one of my favourite spots at Dunmore, then headed down to Powfoulis (on the banks of the Forth, near Kincardine) cos I could see helicopters and was nosy.

I had my road bike out for the first time today and I think I'm with you on the Ow Ow Ow thing. I've been using the other bikes a fair amount, I spent 6 hours on the Tricross last Sunday but my ass was smarting after only 90 minutes on the Prologo Nago I've got on the Secteur.

It's about time you got something done Mitchy ... Hibernating all winter I see, part time cyclists ... the aches are worth it

My muscles are surprisingly okay today, which makes me dread tomorrow lol.

Hopefully I will have the bike with me tomorrow and can go out in my lunch-hour, weather permitting
