First session track session last night

Wow! Legs are knackered, haven't felt this tired for a long time. Thought I had everything I needed for cycling and there would be no more silly expenses. Had such good fun on the track, riding a fixie for the first time, now I'm going to have to buy a fixed speed. Dammit!

Where were you? Manchester? Part of a taster session? How much did it cost? What was provided? Inquiring minds needs to know!

Yes Manchester, went with my local cycling club.

I paid £10 for entry, £12 for bike hire and £4 for shoes (don't have the delta clips).

I think the club paid for access to the track and £10 may not be the amount you would pay as an individual.

Well worth it for what I paid!
