First scalp!

I'm not a racer by any means, quite the opposite in fact, but catching up and passing a fellow hybrid bike user (who was a similar size, age, build as me) gradually reeling him over around a mile or so down a quiet country lane was strangely satisfying!

Makes up for getting passed by around half a dozen roadies last time I was out !

I got scalped on Saturday, I passed a bloke a mile or two from town and he wasn't happy, he then drafted me all the way and about a mile or two later he sprinted by. At which point I had nearly 125miles in my legs but shoosh don't tell him let him live in his glory

I got scalped last week, I was on the ice tyres and he was on a road bike, mind you when I got to the top of the small incline (even I wouldn't claim it as a hill) I caught him up and sat behind him for a couple of miles, I couldn't be arsed to re-overtake him

He did pass me but I caught up and took him as he stopped for an ice cream...
