Got up at about 6am, had my breakfast and a cup of tea. I set off at about 6:30, I just wanted a quick ride to test my bike out, I went into town and back in 15mins, the distance was around 4miles. Felt good to finally have a go on my road bike, alot easier going up hills than my heavy mountain bike.

Unfortunately my cheap Halfords 8 function computer wasn't working properly, it decided to tell me the time but nothing else, guess I set it up wrong.

Also, thanks everyone for the help they gave me

well done for

Gratz on the tea, how strong did you make it and what brand?

Treat the new bike and do some more mileage aJ!

well done AJ

You probably need to move the wheel magnet nearer the fork sensor. Try lifting the bike at the handlebars and spinning the front wheel by hand to check if its working ok;)

I've tried that, it's definitely not the magnet position which is making it not work.

Well there was a piece of plastic which was blocking the computer fitting in properly, I feel like an idiot for not seeing it. The plastic was sort of attached though.
