First ride since september

Well, forst ride today since september, a massive 8 miles, and it was a killer, not so much on the legs, but the breathing etc shock to the system, but still finished with a smile on my face.
Much work to do this year!!!

congrats. I just did my first ride since mid december when I got injured during that frost, only a mile and my shoulder hurts. but it's good to be back in the saddle.

My first couple of rides this week since Sept here too after picking up a chest infection that refused to shift. I took today off the bike as Tuesday's cycle home, uphill & into the wind meant it took twice as long as the ride in!! Glad I did as the wind after work today was even stronger. Planning on biking again tomorrow & Friday. :-)
