Just been out for my first ride in twenty years on my brand spanking Cannondale synapse with the hubby. We did 15 miles with some pretty cracking hills in there and I loved it!!! I don't want advice or anything else I just want to run round with a big smile on my face and tell everyone how great it was!!! Woooo hooooo!!! Right I'll go now. *cough* :-D

Ok, you need 20 posts to be able to upload a file: I see you have eleven.
Welcome a few new members in the welcome mat and your option to upload a picture will appear.

Ok MissyR how do I use flickr I have tried various options, mind I learnt how to post a pic today. This is not my bike.

I dont use flickr personally as I find it a pain in the butt I use photobucket as its a simple case of copy and pasting an image code

I have tried that both bb code and html and inserting the image url. I find flickr easy to use as i can drag and drop from Lightroom (adobe's photo management and editing).

Ok...here we go hopefully...not got any shiny in the sunshine type pics yet but here's a pic of my loverly synapse cuddled up to hubbys caad 8...we're hoping we get up one morning and find a baby road bike for the boy child!!
