First ride out!!!

Just been out for my first ride in twenty years on my brand spanking Cannondale synapse with the hubby. We did 15 miles with some pretty cracking hills in there and I loved it!!! I don't want advice or anything else I just want to run round with a big smile on my face and tell everyone how great it was!!! Woooo hooooo!!! Right I'll go now. *cough* :-D

It was lovely...sun shining and right on the coast...bliss!!! I did so much better than I thought and hubby said he was suprised at the pace we managed. We averaged between 3-5 min miles :-D

Just wanted to say "snap" EbonyWillow , I've been getting up early to sneak off for a few kms before going off to work since I decided to try cycling again! Feels good doesn't it.
