Is 8.75 miles in 55 mins a decent time? Bit of variation of surface. Initially A roads, then walking track, then woodland, then cycle track, back to more (muddy) woodland with steep hills, then cycle track, then gravel track, back through first woodland, A roads, B roads, home.
Max speed was 19.90mph (level) on the A road; 14mph (slight d/hill) on the gravel track.
