first order from wiggle

I made a order on wiggle as they were the cheapest and paid for gaurenteed next day delivery seems like DPD have misplaced the order and tryed passing the blame onto wiggle

E mail Wiggle they will refund your delivery. They have for me in the past. It's annoying I know but things do go wrong from time to time.

It's not usually worth paying for next day delivery on wiggle, unless you really need it the next day. It usually arrives the next day or the day after that with free delivery.

(yeah, but go for the refund of the delivery cost)

The only time i have problems with Wiggle is when i use next day or priority delivery.

The only problem I had with Wiggle was that, for a couple of orders, they forget to put in my Haribo!

I ordered some lube and some other bits and bobs from Wiggle. When they arrived the lube bottle was smashed and had leaked over my other items. I contacted them and they apologised and replaced every item in my original order free of charge.When I asked them should I return the damaged goods they said no as I had been inconvenienced enough and not to bother. Not too bad because 3 quarters of the bottle of lube was salvageable. Always found Wiggle to be ok actually.

My new bike arrived pdq. Despatched Friday and arrived Monday. That was the free delivery option, however, their tracking details showed it was still waiting despatch almost 24hrs after I received it!

DPD and Yodel are monkeys. DHL are known as drop it hide it lose it. You've got your work cut out to find a decent courier / shipping company these days.

I have got the delivery charge refunded and a replacement order on its way but now i can't track the replacement order

Always found DPD to be really good personally.

Just found out that i won't get my delivery till friday or saturday quite a p!sstake now it means waiting in all day then

Evans will price match wiggle, as will other retailers

I don't mind them as long as they use Royal Mail, the depot is only a short walk from my home and I can pick the order up next day. Saves waiting in.

Its not the waiting in its the point i paid extra for them to come today and most of the stuff i ordered my lbs hasn't got

Wish i had that option but it automatically used DPD
