So there I was, in the middle lane of three, waiting to turn right at a big junction - coming up Chapel lane onto the bristol road next to sainsburys in selly oak, bham, if anyone knows it. (don't know how you do that putting a pic from google maps onto here).
There was a bus in the left hand lane, wanting to also turn right, so he's indicating to get into the middle lane. The lights change, he pulls into the lane behind me, we go round the corner, and as we are going round, he overtakes me.
Then, he immediately cuts right in front of me to pull in to the bus stop. I nearly ended up being taken out by his rear wheels, avoided that and then nearly ended up in the rear end of the bus. Crazy!!! The bus stop is about 50 yards past the junction, but no, he couldn't wait behind me for 10 seconds.......

Yes - though actually coming out of the road on the right to go up past Big John's (which is where the bus pulled in in front of me...).

It wasn't a travel west midlands bus, it was one of those Diamond buses you see around the place. The amount of times I have driven up there (it's about 1/4 of a mile from home) and buses have been in the left hand lane indicating to go into the middle lane is unbelievable. I can kinda get why they do it as there's bus stop further back down the road, so that's fair enough, but to overtake me and then pull in infront in the space of 50 yards is bonkers!

WM bus drivers seem OK but I've had one or two near misses with the franchise ones in my car.

Some of the wrecks they drive remind me of what you used to see on the peace convoy in the 1980s.
