I've been suffering with a pulled muscle in my back for the last 5 weeks, it just wouldn't get better. This was causing tension in my pelvis and, would you believe, seemed to be aggravating an old testicular injury I suffered many years ago in a climbing fall. So last night I trotted along with my cycling buddy for a yoga session and... this morning the back is muuuuch better and the testicle pain almost gone. What a relief. I wonder if it's down to general stretching of the back muscles or just endorphin release in the body?
