Yay! Just done a 53 mile ride, nice weather, lots of rush hour traffic on the way out, not so bad coming home. Avoided the Bonk this time thanks to a steady supply of juice and flapjacks.

Warrington to Holmes Chapel, Congleton, Chelford and home again.

Totally knackered but buzzing!

It certainly seems so, Ive stopped there twice now for snacks and chats on rides, both times the local club was hosting some sort of event and I had a natter with the marshals.

Trouble is, I didnt have time to stop and marvel at all the lovely places I went through as I understand it, you gotta try to keep going.
