Can't spell, Can't Punctuate....Sue Me
I've only been doing this cycling for approx 4 months, spent the first 2 months on a excercise bike as at the time i was 18st 9lbs.

4 months on and i'm feeling pretty proud of myself. Today i completed a pretty tough ride of 33.36 miles in 2hrs 23 minutes with 910ft of climbing involved.

i now currently stand at 15st 7lbs and well on my way to my 14st target.

Still hate the climbs and wish i lived on the flat, but i'm getting there and enjoying it.

Congratulations that is a great achievement. You are now about my weight. Best of luck on losing more

No! The flat is boring and you're constantly at the mercy of the wind. Stick with the climbs, your sense of improvement and achievement will be so much greater.

And congratulations on today's ride.

From my own non-scientific experience, "nowt burns fat like going uphill on a bike". If you have decent ones nearby and are looking to loose weight then youconsider yourseld lucky.
