First 100k

Cracked the 100km barrier last Sunday, beautiful weather (although too many little corn flies). Rode from Co.durham through to North Yorkshire on lovely quiet roads. Took 4hrs 48mins to do it and I wont be in a rush to do one again any time soon as I felt a bit ropey after the ride.

Congrats. Also did my first 100K on Sunday. Planning to repeat it again this Sunday (weather permitting). I stopped for a coffee and cake stop after around 65K which certainly gave me an energy boost.
