... I ache today!

I rode from Stockton to Redcar, then down the coast to Robin Hoods Bay and back again, first half was great. Second half less so due to the headwind sapping any momentum pretty quickly. Definite sense of achievement today though.

Well done i rode my first 100 yesterday as well but I was with a club so the head wind wasn't as bad for me

I did cycle along the pier, you're right - just adding to the miles. I carried the bike up and down the 199 steps though - had a few funny looks too, haha.
