Finish day/time for LEL

Does anyone know the finish day and time for LEL.

I haven't done it before and will be on my own. I'm used to touring but not too sure of the setup for the event. Ay suggestions as how to go about it, as we obviously can't ride continually without rest.

I ride most days, anyone got a training plan?
