Good old NHS. Still, I also have some tramadol so my back isn't exactly painful right now...
My doctor was running 45 minutes late; waiting room was quiet ironically, I asked the guy next to me if he was waiting to see the same doctor (he was) and we had a bit moan about the wait. Turns out he was a keen cyclist, I guess the Livestrong wristband and HR monitor wristwatch should have given it away.
Through him I found out about Middlesbrough Cycling Centre he says they do cycling training for kids, so I think I'll head down there with #1 son for a bit of extra training.
