So today, I initially mamanged 5.3 miles at the average of 17.4 which was awesome! But to top it off with I kept that average up to 17.0 after 10.6 miles even with a little head wind

It is really rewarding to achieve your goals! :-)

Next on the list is L2B and at the end of August I'm doing 11 laps of Milbrook for Macmillan, that's going to be awesome!

Have you guys set any goals for this year?

That's a fantastic thing to do! I think i'll like to do a sky dive one day.

The cycle sounds wicked! I think in a couple of years I'll be doing the Wiggle Dragon ride; if i manage to finish that i'll be well chuffed!
