Even though I cycled a whole 2 miles in January I've only just started it again, and am surprised how quickly I picked it up.
Did 10 miles yesterday and was knackered.

But went back out today after work and pretty much doubled it.

Think the next 10 miles will be a bit tougher to get back up to as I was knackered after 20 miles, although it was my own fault for not eating anything before going.
Hopefully should be fine for a 50 miler in June (Although I hope to do one before then).
