Thanks for the link, I think I might buy some of the t-shirts for summer. It makes me think that I am maybe paying too much for the well known brands of gear that I have. But then again I am fairly new to cycling so do not know any different. Although I have to say that the Ronhill Bikester dxb trousers that I got after reading on here are great for the price, as is the Helly Hansen Lifa base layer set that I got for £30 (on offer at Cotswold). So I will also take a punt on these

Field & Trek are part of Mike Ashley's SportsDirect group, who also own the Karrimor brand. Here's the same products on the SD website: link

I've got a few Karrimor cycling items. The shorts are a really wierd fit and so aren't recommended, but the tops are great.

+1. Stocked up on s/s and l/s tops last year at SD in Manchester where they were about a fiver each. Great value. Also got some unpadded shorts which were not much more and fit really well. Maybe it's me that's a weird shape...

I didn't really get on with the shorts, but I have 3 of the shirts (2 long sleeve, 1 short). They are not quite as comfortable as my more expensive shirts on long rides, but I use them for commuting mostly and they are very good. The pockets on the back are well sized as well.
