Just see this Poole to Tangier, flying is still cheap but its the hassle involved . Getting to the airport, from the airport and making sure your bike is fit to travel( good case /box and within the allowance ) along with panniers etc. and somewhere to store boxes if on a circular tour. Has anyone been on this ferry. Another option for us is Bilbao ( Portsmouth to Bilbao appears to exclude bicycles ) but Rosslare in Ireland looks good for bikes. Its the start of a trans Iberian bikepacking route to Seville.

I dont think it exists ? Was this one of those Ferry companies that incompetent (not narrowing it down much) Transport Minister gave a contract to ?
There was news about it two years ago - but I can't see any info on the routes on the supposed Ferrys webpages.

Done Portsmouth to Santander,its Plymouth to Tangier that looks interesting if its possible.. Avoids the brexit issues with the 90 day rule as you bypass the EU.
