Felt Z6 shimonoseki 105 gears issue

Please help...
When I shift from the lowest gear, it goes straight to the highest. shifting back to the lowest is ok.
Any ideas please?

How many speed (=n, assume this is rear shifter)? Are you getting n-1 clicks?
