They would appear to very nickable so I would deduce from that they are good bikes.

Certainly Felt make some very high performance and (arguably) desirable machines, and the U.S. ladies track team uses them now, as have pro road and MTB teams passim (stages of the TdF have been won on a Felt) so they can't be bad.
It's quite an open question though, it's like asking if a particular sports car maker makes good cars.... you can often generalise and simply say yes, but it depends on what constitutes "good" to you. Good value? Ultra high performance? Well built? Innovative? Comfortable? Then bear in mind that if you decide on your ideal perm of those factors, it won't necessarily hold true across the range. Just like a range of cars from one sports car manufacturer.

They do have a pretty good reputation overall, they're comparable to Giant and Cannondale I'd say.

Yes, big brand in the States. As above what do you mean by 'good'? Bikes are pretty comparable at any price point if they offer you the riding and brand experience sought

Less mainstream over here, but huge elsewhere. While a fairly young firm dating as they do from the nineties, Jim Felt invented the time trial machine as we know it today, so the brand has pedigree.

I love my Felt. Tried a Defy and really liked it, tried the Felt and it blew me away. It fits me just so, feels lively and efficient, and the finish and detailing are first class. This is one of those bikes you'll have to pry from my cold dead hands. Whether the model would suit another rider is open to many factors, but for me it hit the spot perfectly.

Prefer ones made out of aluminium - don't think felt would give a stiff enough ride.

It's fine, I'll get my own coat
