RIP, I cycled on that road for the first time on Saturday, the bbc doesn't give enough details but I can't remember anything tricky on it :-(

We ride over that road every couple of months or so. It has quite a fast descent towards Comrie, which is quite twisty in a couple of places, and the road surface is not great for some of it.

I peeled off to Crieff (just as the road surface was becoming awkward); is it always that windy?

I've cycled this road recently too.
The cyclist died from head injuries sustained in the crash.
