There’s new scientific evidence which suggests even skipping the odd meal can increase longevity. The aging clock ticks faster if you’re constantly feeding according to a Dr.David Sinclair who was on the Huberman lab podcast. He fasted one of his lab mice periodically and it lived 30% longer. They usually die after 2 years but his fasted test subject died at 5 years old. We humans are actually fairly close to mice biologically when it comes to experiments. Now there’s some food for thought.
