Hello All,
I'm looking for the fastest way back up to fitness, When I go back to work I will need a good standard of fitness to do the job 10 -15 miles a day on my feet plus the commute, I’ve just spent two months off the bike due to a Fungal Lung infection which has now nearly cleared (it’s been hell!) My idea was to just do slightly more each day hoping that this will bring me up to fitness. I started today with a 15 mile loop the start was great with the wind, a lot of downhill but the end was more of a killer into the wind and up hill and raining ! This achievement was more down to mental strength than physical strength. I still have a fair bit of time off work so have plenty of time to work at it, any ideas?
