Faggin (another) update

Would anyone like to recommend a replacement chainset for my Faggin ? As you can see the chainring is chewed up and getting thin as fag paper. I wouldn't be against replacing the Stronglight with another set and the derailleur if need be to keep the whole bike Italian!
All suggestions would be welcome.
PS. a nice bonus with the bike is the saddle, its a top stitched leather Cinelli Unicator in nice condition, smooth as the proverbial "babies bum" !
