So what does this message mean?

Your submission could not be processed because the token has expired.

Please push the back button and reload the previous window.

It comes when I push the back button. If I do then push the back button I'm forced into an eternal loop of back-button-pushing.

IE6 (I know, I know - corporate lassitude) if that makes a difference.

Try this: Tools > Options > General tab > Browsing History subsection > "delete" button > "delete temporary files" button.

You could also try deleting your CC cookie - any good?
