A lot of this money comes here to be laundered. I can see quite a few bundles of Ghanaian notes in that pile.

In projects like this apartment and hotel complex. Mainly bought by Nigerians who leave them empty unless they can rent them. There are warning signs in all the banks about money laundering but if someone walks in with a load of cash the manager will likely take it anyway. Never heard of any banks being prosecuted.
